WHAT ARE THE GUEST POLICIES?
Guests accompanied by members are welcome any time, except Friday, Saturday and Sunday when guests are restricted prior to 1:00pm. An individual may be a guest at the Club only once per month no matter which member brings them. Unaccompanied guests may only use the Club once per month and only Tuesday through Thursday. No unaccompanied guests on holidays.
CAN I CHARGE PURCHASES I MAKE AT THE CLUB TO MY ACCOUNT?
All purchases at the Club may be charged to the member's account. Guest fees for unaccompanied guests may also be charged at the member's request. Unaccompanied guests are asked to pay cash or use a credit card for purchases other than the guest fee.
DOES THE CLUB OFFER GOLF INSTRUCTION?
Meridian has an excellent teaching staff available for individual and group instruction. Rates and times for private and group instruction can be obtained from the Golf Shop. Another option is lessons through the Meridian Performance Club, which offers unlimited lessons as part of the membership.
IS THERE A JUNIOR GOLF PROGRAM?
A complete junior golf program stressing fundamentals, rules, etiquette, instruction, and supervised play is conducted by the pro staff every summer. A schedule of the program and opportunities is available from the Golf Shop or any of the professionals.
WHAT IS THE TEE TIME RESERVATION POLICY?
Weekday tee times (non-holiday) are available 7 days in advance. Weekends and holiday tee times open at 8am the Monday prior All weekend/Holiday tee times must be booked in the ForeTees System.
IS MY MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERABLE?
Meridian Golf Club memberships are NOT transferable.
IS MY INITIATION FEE REFUNDABLE?
Your initiation fee is completely refundable within five days after your membership begins.
WHAT IS THE FIRST TEE TIME AVAILABLE?
During the prime season (May through September) the first reserved tee time will be 6:30am on the weekends and 7:00am during the week depending on course conditions. Tee times will be adjusted for weather and sunlight.
HOW DO MEMBERS BOOK TEE TIMES?
We utilize a smart phone app called Foretees.
IF I JOIN, CAN I ADD OR DELETE FAMILY MEMBERS?
You may add family members and have your new dues prorated for the balance of the membership year. Family members may be deleted prior to the start of the next membership year. Our membership year is May 1 to April 30.
IS THE CLUB OPEN YEAR ROUND?
Yes, weather permitting. With the exception of Monday private events and we are closed for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
IS THERE A FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM?
There is no monthly or annual minimum.
DO MEMBERS RECEIVE ASSESSMENTS FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS?
No. All capital investments are funded by ownership.
